Dr Sergio Catignani and Dr Victoria Basham, from the Sustaining Future Reserves 2020 project, have been quoted in a recent article in People Management, looking at how the MOD can meet targets to recruit reservists. Dr Catignani and Dr Basham suggest that employers need to be more engaged in the process, which will reduce fears of mass deployments and increase their knowledge of what support is needed for reservists.
